About Us

Modern Custom Design, LLC (MCD) is a Florida Limited Liability Corporation founded in 2009 specializing in all aspects of Professional Civil Engineering, Construction Quality Control Management, and Construction/Project Management. MCD’s services include providing civil engineering design and consulting services, civil construction services, onsite construction Quality Control services, construction project management, and Computer Aided Drafting Design (CADD). As a central component to our mission goals, MCD does not believe in managing from afar. We believe in direct contact with the client, giving the individual attention required for the success of their project.

For many years, MCD has been delivering the total package of technical, construction, and consulting services to our clients resulting in a successful project. We are a certified SBA 8(a) company, a woman-owned small business (WOSB), an economically disadvantaged woman-owned small business (EDWOSB), and a certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE) through various State of Florida entities.

Through partnerships with our sister company, MCD Construction, LLC and specialty contractors, we can provide design-build services, working with you at every phase, and taking your project from concept to completion.
